I've seen a bunch of YouTube remixes of Baywatch with Lost, and most are bores, either Hasselhoff saves the island, or a bunch of truly random Lost scenes along with the Baywatch theme song and cast introduction captions.

This one I found over at Collegehumor.com, and the author "Sophie" really scoured old episodes of Lost and elsewhere for appropriate scenes. Good job! Enjoy!
