This post was inspired by many of the comments over at the old LOST Caption Contest blog post entitled the Phone it in Monday Edition. The blog hasn't been updated since 2007, but there are still lots of gems to be found there!
Battlefight: LOST vs. LOLcats
We just found the Idea Peepshow blog's Battlefight on LOST vs. LOLcats, which essentially pits the pros and cons of each, to decide once and for all which is absolutely superior to the other.
Are LOLcats better than LOST? Or is LOST better than LOLcats?

Jp- Mom? SP- Hi, buddy. Jp- Ok- weird question, but what do you think is more entertaining- LOST or LOLcats? SP- Lowl kitz? Jp- LOL cats… Like L-O-L. Of course, as we at LOSTROFL (as well as the kittehs lurve lost blog) know, fans do NOT have to choose between the two.

DESERTED
Well I found another live action fan parody, and it's called DESERTED and it has a big cast and eleven episodes completed already. It's like Lost, but instead of a deserted jungle island, it's a deserted desert island. Get it?
To be honest, I'm not sure I get it. The gags go for too long, the timing is too slow, and the jokes are not too funny-- I love the other fan videos in our "live action" tag much, much better than the DESERTED series. But anyways, you might like these more than us, so here's one sample episode which we thought was the best of the bunch.
